Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Invoicing Clerk and Sales Representative located in Blantyre. The Invoicing Clerk and Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for handling all invoicing and processing sales orders for customers as well as acting as a cash van sales rep which plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transactions on the go. by actively visiting customers bringing products directly to customers to generate sales while providing convenience and efficient cash-handling solutions.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in invoicing and sales order processing
- Full driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as word processing and spreadsheet software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG sales
- 2 years previous sales experience in a similar field
