Installation and Delivery Technician
Blue Jay Investments, a provider of security solutions for vehicles, homes, and offices, along with a wide range of consumer electronics gadgets, is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the vacant post of Installation and Delivery Technician tenable in Blantyre.
Responsibilities:
- Installing car trackers, car alarms, Wi-Fi security cameras, and other security systems in vehicles, homes, or offices with precision and expertise.
- Delivering consumer electronics gadgets to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction.
- Handling parcel to couriers, ensuring that parcels are properly packaged and labeled, and coordinating with courier services.
- Providing demonstrations and instructions to customers on how to use installed security systems and gadgets effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records of installations, deliveries, parcel shipments, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in installation, delivery, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to handle electronic devices and tools effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
