ICT Business Coordinator at Hallmark Limited

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the ICT Business Unit:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share in ICT infrastructure and software.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to capitalize on industry changes and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with management to define business objectives, financial targets, and performance metrics.

2. Sales and Revenue Management

  • Lead the technical and cormecial team in achieving ICT business revenue targets through effective sales strategies, client acquisition, and retention efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals and long-term partnerships

3. Financial Planning and Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
  • Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, taking proactive measures to address variances and optimize profitability.

4. Manage a team of ICT Professionals including software infrastructure and specialist:

  • Oversee operational activities including project management, service delivery, and customer support to ensure high-quality delivery of ICT solutions.
  • Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the business unit.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to maintain competitiveness in the market.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Information System or related field; MBA preferred.

2. Proven experience in business management, sales leadership, and strategic planning within the ICT industry.

3. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure solutions, software services, and market dynamics.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, manage profitability, and achieve operational excellence.

6. Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

7. Ability to travel as needed and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
