Qualifiction; Degree in related field from a recognized University Or Advanced diploma in Human Resources with proven experience
Work Experience; 3 years’ for those with Degree and 5 years for those with Advanced Diploma.
Other Attributes; must be conversant with Malawi Labour Laws Occupational Safety and Health, People management from recruitment to exit, staff compensation and rewards, Industrial relations and must be above the age of 35 years. Mention three traceable referees
