HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS
Abilities
• Should have capacity to manage a workforce of at least 300 employees
• Well conversant with the labour legislations of Malawi and other employment related laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
Minimum qualification and experience required (4)
Diploma in Human Resources Management
Three or more years hands on experience in busy working environment.
