Job Description
Raymka Developers Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Human Resource Officer tenable at its Lilongwe Office
Main purpose of the position:
Primarily, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Recruitment & Selection Process and Compensation & Benefits Activities of the Company’s Frontline Officers in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment, screening and vetting of Frontline officers
● Assist in production of weekly and monthly manpower reports
● Assist in grievance handling
● Handling of Staff welfare activities
● Managing the HR Management Information System (HMIS)
● Staff exit process management
● Resolve all staff queries in line HR policies
● Facilities management
● Record keeping management
Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):
● Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognised university
● Knowledge of Malawi laws governing the employment relationship
● At Least 2 years experience in a busy environment
Skills and Attributes
● Ability to work with minimum supervision
● Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
● Planning and Coordination
● Conflict management
● High integrity
● Good interpersonal skills
