POSITION : Human Resources Officer

Reporting To : Human Resources Business Partner

Job Type : Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining human resource databases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required
- Providing support in the areas of HR risks identification and manage employee off-boarding
- In liaison with the Filing Clerk, ensure the Human Resources personnel files are up to date
- Assisting in all facets of the recruitment and selection process and managing the hiring process
- Supporting the administration and tracking of leave and processing of leave grants
- Capturing new employee information and maintenance of the same in the HR System (SAP)
- Drafting formal responses requiring explanation of rules, regulations and procedures from staff members.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Public Administration
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
