G4S Secure Solutions Malawi Limited invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to
fill the position of Human Resource Officer tenable at its Lilongwe Office, Area 43.

Main purpose of the position:

Primarily, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of the Recruitment & Selection Process and Compensation & Benefits Activities of the Company’s Frontline Officers in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

● Recruitment, screening and vetting of Frontline officers
● Assist in production of weekly and monthly manpower reports
● Assist in grievance handling
● Handling of Staff welfare activities
● Managing the HR Management Information System (HMIS)
● Staff exit process management
● Resolve all staff queries in line with G4S HR policies
● Facilities management
● Record keeping management

Requirements (Qualifications and Experience):

● Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognised university
● Knowledge of Malawi laws governing the employment relationship
● At Least 2 years experience in a busy environment
Skills and Attributes
● Ability to work with minimum supervision
● Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
● Planning and Coordination
● Conflict management
● High integrity
● Good interpersonal skills
