WE ARE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, Staff welfare and ensure compliance with Malawi labour laws.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Oversee performance management systems and training Programmes

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resources best practices
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage confidential information
