Target Security Group, a fully integrated multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, is recruiting a Human Resources & Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
The duties and functions include but are not limited to:
Leading the recruitment, human resource strategies succession planning, disciplinary matters, rewarding and recognition programs.
Ensuring that the company is compliant with statutory requirements.
Contributing to both short- and long-term organizational plans.
Providing guidance, tracks discipline, and preparing documentation for all incidents.
Liaising with Finance department in payroll processing.
Ensuring that attendance records for all employees are always maintained.
Fostering positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Handling labour relation issues
Attending to court issues
Any other relevant duties assigned from time to time
The desired candidate must possess:
•Minimum of two years of directly related work experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field from a recognized institution.
•Knowledge of the Malawian Labour laws.
•High level of self-motivation and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
•Good working level of proficiency and confidence in using Microsoft Office.
•Adept with performance management and investigations.
•Those with Legal certificates and are handling HR issues will have added advantage
•Experience working in a security industry is an added advantage.
