FISD Finance for Agricultural Development which is a subsidiary of FISD Limited Company is a reputable microfinance institution headquartered in Lilongwe, dedicated to financing agricultural development in Malawi. FIFAD provides affordable agricultural loans to farmers (small to large) and agricultural enterprises. We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:
Human Resources Assistant
Requirements:
- At least a diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
