JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assists in Head-Hunting, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes for various clients.
- Assists in HR Database Management for the institution
- Assists the HR Manager in providing exceptional labor related advice to various clients
- Act as a mediator during conflicts between employer clients and their employees
- Help in screening the right candidates for various job posts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Must have a minimum 1 year experience in a busy HR position
- Must have advanced knowledge of Malawian labor laws, employee benefits and taxes
- Must have great leadership skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal or no supervision
- Must be a self-starter and innovative in nature
- Computer literate with exceptional knowledge on how to use Microsoft Excel.
- Able to conduct interviews on Zoom, Skype or Google Meet.
