Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage recruitment, training, and employee development programs
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits to employees
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate daily activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in HR management or supervision
- Proven track record in HR leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in HR software programs (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems)
