DETAILS OF POSITIONS

HUMAN RESOURCE AND FINANCE MANAGER

  • The ideal candidate should have strong Financial and HR Management experience and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Here are some key areas where the two roles can intersect;
  • Budgeting: The HR Manager can oversee the budget for employee salaries, benefits, and training programs, aligning these with the overall financial strategy.
  • Compensation and Benefits: They can manage payroll systems and ensure that compensation structures are financially sustainable.
  • Financial Reporting: The HR Manager may contribute to reports related to workforce costs and financial implications of hiring or layoffs.
  • Workforce Planning: Understanding financial constraints helps HR in strategic workforce planning and making informed decisions about hiring and staffing.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Evaluating training programs or recruitment strategies from a financial perspective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee financial operations and budgeting.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Monitor the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate sales & financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow and investments.
  • Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding.
  • Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Manage payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct salary reviews and market analyses to ensure competitiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree with 2 years’ experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years in Finance, Business Administration, or Management.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Applicants must be between 35 and 40 years old.
