HR Manager – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
• Work with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and facilitate offer processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
