Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to provide expert guidance on organizational development, talent management, policy compliance, and HR best practices. The consultant will work closely with senior management to support HR initiatives aligned with Casino Marina’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct training and development needs assessments and facilitate sessions.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on performance management frameworks.
- Assist in fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Proven track record in organizational development and HR consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Malawi’s labour laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
