The company would like to fill the following vacancies existing at its various project sites across Malawi.
HR Assistant
Job Summary: Reporting to the Site Manager and HR Manager, the person will be responsible for performing administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the
company’s human resource at project sites.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar from a recognized college or university.
- 2 years’ work experience, preferably in construction/engineering projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Good understanding of Malawi Labour Laws
