Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
- Assist guests with menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized waiting area.
- Assist servers with tasks as needed, contributing to a seamless dining experience.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, a genuine passion for hospitality, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Knowledge of the local area and restaurant scene is a plus.
