POSITION: The Head Teacher
DUTIES
I) Creating a healthy and safe environment for learning
ii) Developing and monitoring the quality of teaching
iii) Using data to track performance of students
Iv) Monitoring and evaluating the progress of the school
v) Coordinating with the Heads of Departments
vi) Engaging Parents for the success of the students
vii) Facilitating the classes
viii)Supervising Teachers
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of Bachelor of Arts in Education or Bachelor of education, (language) or Bachelor of education (Science)
AGE: (35-65)
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 6 years work experience.
STARTING SALARY: MK405,000/month
