The CCAP Blantyre Synod Education Department seeks to fill the following positions in its Mission Private Secondary Schools.
A head teacher is the most senior teacher and leader of a school, responsible for the education of all students, management of staff, and for school policy making. He/she shall lead, motivate and manage staff by delegating responsibility, setting expectations and targets and evaluating staff performance. This position requires a person of good education, proven track record of performance, dedicated CCAP Christian of solid character, with more than five years’ experience as a successful secondary school head teacher. The selected person will be the team leader of colleagues who are charged with the principal function of providing appropriate education that helps to inspire holistic excellence.
Requirements:
Degree in Education with 8-10 years’ experience from a reputable school.
