Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales, reporting to the Group Head of Products, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and expanding relationships within the retail banking sector. You will lead and develop high-performing sales teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sales teams to meet growth and acquisition targets.
• Optimize sales distribution channels and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Foster strong collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail banking sales or extensive sales leadership experience in similar industries.
• Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with sales force automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
