Qualifications and Attributes
Applicants should possess the following qualification and attributes:

Masters in either Corporate and Marketing Communication; Marketing Communication; Marketing Communication and Public Relations; or Global Marketing and Communications
-
5 years’ work experience at a senior officer level preferably within the higher education industry
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Developing, reviewing and overseeing the implementation of marketing, communication and public relations management strategies, annual plans, procedures and budget that is in line with the University’s overall corporate strategy and delivers the UNIMA brand promise.

Managing marketing research
-
Identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
-
Coordinate market needs assessment studies with registry, schools and other business units
-
Coordinating Identification of potential programmes, products and services to be launched and work closely with registry, schools and business units to establish viability (technically and financially).

Leading in development and implementation of programme/product and service launch plans.

Leading in reviewing the performance of programmes, products and services periodically to identify gaps and recommend corrective action.
-
Leading in the development of value adding social responsibilities programmes.
-
Overseeing the implementation of corporate social responsibility programmes
