Job Purpose

To partner with the business to deliver best in-class service (the one Airtel experience) to employees and implement and monitor Human Resource Operations’ service delivery strategy. Wholly own and manage Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). Managing HR costs to ensure that the functions operate within the approved budgets lines. Providing HR support to functions, data entry, training, troubleshooting and guidance for the Oracle Human Resources Information System.
