Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare a variety of high-quality dishes according to our menu
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cost control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or professional training preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for food and attention to detail.
