KBC GuestRooms Is newly opened guesthouse aims at giving affordable accommodation for guests in Lilongwe, we are situated in area 49. KBC is currently looking for Guesthouse Keeper who will be key contact person of the guest wing.
Responsibilities
• Greeting guests on arrival and making them instantly feel at ease
• Processing check-ins
• Taking bookings by phone, email or walk ins and recording all details in our online system
• Creating final bills at check-out and processing payments
• Dealing with guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in
• Proven Housekeeper experience
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Marketing the guesthouse
Candidate requirements
Essential:
• Previous customer facing experience
• Smart, professional appearance
• Excellent customer service skills including telephone manner
• Diploma in Hospitality management or relevant certificate
