JOB TITLE: Guest Relations Coordinator

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Liaising with all the hotel guests to give information about hotel’s facilities, activities,
events, general information about the area where the hotel is located, sight-seeing sites, reconfirm
the flight if guest request as well as dealing with complaints from guest and report to the relevant
departments.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum qualification of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or Front Office
Operations from reputable institutions.
2. Hands on experience in a busy hospitality establishment with a minimum of two years.
