GRAPHIC DESIGNERS (x2)

Duty Station: Lilongwe

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching graphics for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), our website, blogs, marketing collateral, banners, and other digital assets. The candidate should have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of brand identity, and a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Graphics: Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, blogs, and other digital platforms.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Astria Learning’s brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.

• Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, infographics, and other promotional assets.

• Website Graphics: Design graphics and visual elements for website updates and new pages.

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices in the industry.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

• Tools & Software: Utilize software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI image generators to create designs.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, IT or a related field.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in the similar role.

• A strong portfolio demonstration on a range of design projects
