GRADUATE TRAINEES
This is for the fresh university graduates with a degree from a recognised university and have
a desire to develop a career in insurance. The successful applicants will undergo a two year
on the job training programme and at the same time study for an insurance qualification. Upon successful completion of the programme, the incumbents will be appointed into substantive positions within the company.
During the training period, the graduate trainees will be exposed to various processes in the
operations department including underwriting, claims management and reinsurance management.
Ideal candidates will be those that have analytical skills, numerical competencies and
communication skills.
