Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all general work from cleaning, removals, burials and other responsibilities. The incumbent will report directly to the Funeral Consultant.
- Onsite gravesite preparation without delaying funeral arrangements
- Assisting drivers with removals and burials.
- Monitoring of water, electricity and generator usages.
- Offloading and loading burial equipment/ materials within 1hr of arrival.
- Thorough cleaning of company vehicles within 20 minutes for a car, 2hrs for a bus.
- Understanding burial procedure to enable efficiency discharge of duties
- Cooking good food with available ingredients before meal breaks
- Maintain the general surrounding of the branch clean
- Ensure offices are kept clean at all times
- Good customer care at all times
- Conduct all funerals in a professional manner at all times.
- Assisting with Washing, dressing and embalming of deceased bodies
- Pitching tents.
- Any other duty as may be assigned.
