POSITION: GENERAL FOREMAN
Reporting to: Site Engineer
JOB REQUIREMENTS
NCIC Certificate level 1
Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report project progress to site Engineer
- Develop a work schedule for workers.
- Supervise all construction workers.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and general foreman.
- Solve disputes between workers.
- Decision-making skills for selecting personnel for specific tasks.
- At least 3 years experience in building works construction
