Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Gender and Social Inclusion Manager to join our team for upcoming Malawi road supervision project funded by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or other relevant discipline.
• 10 years’ experience in gender and social inclusion for development projects.
• Demonstrated experience in community facilitation, such as grievance management processes involving vulnerable social groups and women.
• Experience with the design and implementation of project activities that counter trafficking in persons and sexual harassment.
• Fluent in English and Chichewa.
