Front Office Receptionist

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Taking reservations for accommodation and other hotel services via phone and email.
  • Ensure guest check in and check out procedures are followed.
  • Ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
  • Ensuring that guests are billed accurately for various hotel services.
  • Assist guests with all questions and reasonable requests.
  • Ensure accurate information is provided to all clients with respect to all Ufulu Gardens products.

Skills and Qualifications Required for the Job

  • College or University degree preferred in Hospitality/Customer Service or Communications.
  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • A team player, a self-starter and able to work independently within hotel standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in an innovative, fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
