We are a vibrant, well-established cafe/restaurant in area 47, Lilongwe. We are looking for a Front of house manager to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, positive hands-on team leadership and seamless cash and stock management.
Skills required:
People: Managing relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds, leading a team with assertiveness and enthusiasm and communicating effectively with higher management.
Operations: gaining proficiency with point of sales software; utilising existing systems and processes to ensure consistent stock, impeccable financial controls and reporting; and ensuring brand consistent presentation and outlook of the premises.
Personal attributes: Clear, engaging speech, ability to multitask. Young, vibrant, dynamic personality.
Experience required:
At least one year’s experience in a similar role (with references).
Working days/hours: 6 days a week, 8am to 5pm (including weekends).
