Position 1: Foreman (Concrete and Steel)
JOB SUMMARY
To provide Concrete works, masonry works and steel fixing for bridge construction and Warehouse Construction.
Responsibilities
- Planning, Management and execution of all site activities involving tradesmen
-
performing of laboratory tests on soils, bitumen and concrete
-
Supervision of earthworks, layer works, payments, surfacing and concrete
-
Supervision of culverts assembling, steel fixing shuttering and concreting.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
-
Holder of a Grade 1 or Grade 2 trade Test Certificate or City and Guilds

Minimum 5 years working experience in Concrete and steel works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
- Is able to take decisions and demonstrate accountability and integrity.
- Is able to negotiate, influence and persuade stakeholders in projects to achieve positive
