The company would like to fill the following vacancies existing at its various project sites across Malawi.
Foreman – Civil / Earth Works
Job Summary: Reporting to the Project Manager, the person will be responsible for managing workers, motivating them to complete projects on schedule. Ensuring that the project workers
complies with site rules and regulations while monitoring their work quality and also collaborating with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned as well as maintaining equipment and manage paperwork.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Foremanship certificate or similar from a recognized college or university
- Proven experience as civil/earth works foreman
- Ability to read and interpret technical
