FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER BLANTYRE SPORTS CLUB
Applications are invited for The incumbent will be responsible for smooth running of the department including ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction, budgetary control and profitability.
This includes the following:
- Management of staff
- Menu development Inventory management
- Financial performance
- Maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- Reports and analysis
- Quality control
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in hotel and restaurant management or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior level.
- Demonstrated expertise in business analytics, operational efficiency, and revenue optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of global hospitality standards, fine dining protocols, and elite customer service models.

- Strategic Vision & Leadership: Ability to drive transformational change and operational excellence.
- Financial Acumen: Expertise in P & L oversight, financial forecasting, and investment planning.
- Hospitality Innovation: Deep understanding of culinary trends, beverage management, and event execution.
