Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our Flutter app across iOS, Android and Web
- Collaborate directly with our product and design teams to continually enhance the Smart Apps technology
- Advocate for high-quality software architecture, features, test cases, and application performance monitoring
- Engage actively in our agile software development process, fostering close ties with UI designers and fellow engineers
- Influence our organizational culture and processes positively
- Be a champion of productivity, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
- Analyze and groom business requirements and UI/UX design from the product team and translate to technical specifications and code
- Build and maintain scalable and stable mobile apps using modern patterns to deliver world-class experiences
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from development to releases in App Store and/or Google Play Store
- Provide end-to-end application development support to stakeholders (QA, product etc)
- Make recommendations to improve architecture, process, and product
- Provide ample documentation of work done
- Follow best practices in unit testing and automated testing
- Coach and mentor junior team members and interns
- Consider the possibility of migrating the current source code to Flutter
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years proven expertise as a Flutter developer.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Dart, Flutter framework, its architecture, and widget system. Skilled in state management solutions for Flutter.
- Integration Skills: Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON and working with ORMs
- Methodological Approach: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Github.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaborative problem-solving.
- Understanding of mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
