Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at OG Build Africa. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, financial analysis, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for managing financial transactions, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) software and a strong background in retail finance management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and financial management
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial reporting and financial statement analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus
Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) software is mandatory.
