FINANCE EXECUTIVE
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To supervise and control the organizations financial revenue and expenditure and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for management of the finance functions in strict accordance with Hallmark Limited policies, procedures and management directives. Support all departments on finance related matter including tax and maintaining commercial relationships with external stakeholders.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Revenue & expenditure management.
- Inventory management.
- Treasury (Bank & Cash) Management.
- Budget planning and control.
- Fixed assets (Non-Current Assets ) management.
- Strict adherence to controls, policies and procedures.
- Tax management.
- Provide Management with accurate and useful information for decision making.
- Analyse and reconcile all financial records.
- Preparing financial reports and responsible to auditors.
- Provide support and solutions to operational challenges.
