FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (ONE) POSITION

Quality Merchant Services invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant position of Finance and Administration Officer tenable at its Offices in Lilongwe District.

The Finance Officer will be responsible for

  • Financial Planning
  • Maintaining financial records, keeping company books up to date
  • Cash management
  • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
  • Maintenance of debtors and Creditors accounts
  • Making sure that the company is tax compliant
  • Banking
  • Human Resource issues.
  • Administration matters.

Qualification and Competence

Interested candidate should be a holder of a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Business Adminstration obtained from accredited institution and has working experience of not less than three (3) years
in a busy office.

He / she should be computer literate conversant with quick books accounting package, team work player, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and with professional knowledge.
