Agri Impact Malawi (AIM) is a hybrid institution that strives to build agricultural enterprises, nutrition and food security as a catalyst for sustainable social and economic development among smallholder farmers in Malawi. Established in 2018, AIM’s vision is to have well Positioned rural farm households with increased income, sustainable economic growth, and better livelihoods.
To achieve this vision, applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified Malawians to fill the post of finance and administration assistant (X1) on an internship basis. Those interested and qualified, both male and female, are encouraged to apply.
Required skills and qualifications
- The candidate should have a minimum diploma qualification in counting, finance, or related fields.
- Knowledgeable and hands-on experience using Microsoft packages and other accounting-related software such as SAP, QuickBooks and Xero Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities, Critical thinking, Team player with proven collaboration skills and Knowledge Project management skills are desirable.
