Field Officers (x4) at Centre for Transformation and Entrepreneurship Training Skills

Centre for transformation and Entrepreneurship Training Skills (CETES) is a registered non-profit, Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) whose aim is promoting active participation of every citizen in all aspects of developmental activities. The organisation was established and registered by Malawi Government in 2013. CETES in partnership with Rural Inclusion, a UK-registered social enterprise driving economic development in rural communities in developing countries, will provide training on financial literacy for smallholder farmers, including the following topics; budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing, bookkeeping, investing and agricultural insurance from July 2023 to July 2028 in Mchinji and Ntchisi districts.

CETES is currently calling for applications for suitably qualified candidates to fill the positions to join the organisation as Field Officer. Successful candidates will undergo Training of Trainers (ToTs). Only applicants based either in Mchinji or Ntchisi will be considered.

Reporting to : Director of Programs

Duration : 5 Years

i. Mobilising people in the communities

ii. Facilitating trainings using mobile phones

iii. Facilitating record keeping and saving

iv. Ensuring all modules are covered within specific period of time

v. Evaluating the trainings

vi. Reporting progress of trainings

vii. Other assigned duties
