Job Summary
ADRA Malawi is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to serve as a Field Facilitator based in Mzimba. The Field Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting community-based project activities, working closely with local leaders, committees, youth groups, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of project outcomes.
Responsible For
- Mobilize and engage community members in project activities
- Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and awareness campaigns
- Monitor and report on project progress at community level
- Support the formation and strengthening of community structures
- Prepare timely field reports and documentation of success stories
- Work collaboratively with project Coordinator and other stakeholders
Job Nature
Educational Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Community Development or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in community-based projects.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and community mobilization skills.
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Motorcycle riding skills and a valid license will be an added advantage
