Vacancy – Farm Manager

Beehive Centre for Social Enterprise is dedicated to transforming lives and communities through innovative and sustainable social enterprises. With a staff of 597, we run schools, businesses, farms and a construction enterprise.

Farm Manager required for 520Ha arable farm near lake Malombe. This is largely virgin land on which we will be growing arable crops including maize and soya. The land is to be irrigated and optimised for organic crop production.

Mary’s Farms’ purpose is the growing of food for children. A Likuni Phala production facility will be constructed alongside the farm.

We need an honest, hard-working, experienced manager with minimum 5 years previous experience to perform the following duties:

• Managing a large acreage of arable land.
• Managing employees.
• Maintenance of a fleet of tractors and farm machinery.
