Job Opportunity – External Audit Manager
Nexia Graham Carr, a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in Blantyre, is hiring an External Audit Manager .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning, execution, and reporting.

• Supervise and mentor audit teams.

• Identify and address key business and audit risks.

• Manage client relationships and present findings to boards.

• Ensure compliance with ISAs, IFRS, ICAM, MAB, and local regulations.

• Deliver staff training and contribute to firm-wide technical updates.

Required Skills

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

2. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.

3. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

4. High professional integrity and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum 12 years’ audit experience
 Full ACCA or ICAM qualification (ICAM membership required)
 Strong leadership and client management skills
 Experience with IFRS, ISAs & audit software (e.g., CaseWare)
