Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of the executive team, must be detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Management of office sundries and stationery.
- Perform general office duties and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
