About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented ETP Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). This role is critical in ensuring that all wastewater treatment processes run efficiently, meet environmental compliance standards, and align with our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily ETP operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with discharge standards.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, reporting deviations and implementing corrective measures.
Conduct routine inspections, schedule maintenance, and coordinate repairs.
Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain detailed operational logs, compliance reports, and data on water quality parameters.
Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance, ensuring PPE use and workplace safety.
Optimize plant efficiency by identifying cost-saving & resource optimization opportunities.
Lead & train plant operators in safety, operations, and troubleshooting best practices.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in managing or supervising Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations in an industrial, manufacturing, or recycling environment.
Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, chemical dosing, filtration systems, and sludge management.
Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills to troubleshoot operational inefficiencies.
Experience in maintaining operational logs, preparing reports, and using SCADA or monitoring systems.
Strong leadership & communication skills to train, mentor, and coordinate teams.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industry setting is a plus.
