Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional Environmental and Social Manager to join our team for upcoming Malawi road supervision project funded by Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC).

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or other relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience.

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in ESIA and ESMP preparation and implementation for infrastructure development projects in sub-Sahara Africa in compliance with IFC or similar international performance standards.

• Team leader for ESIA and ESMP preparation for at least one infrastructure in the SADC region in compliance with IFC PS or similar requirements.

• Fluent in English.
