TEMPORARY ENUMERATORS

(SHORT TERM AND AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY)

The COMESA Federation of Women in Business (COMFWB) Malawi Chapter in collaboration with the Graça Machel Trust, is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the following positions as part of an upcoming one-week data collection exercise. This initiative aims to assess the level of women’s participation in public procurement processes across key public institutions in Malawi and to identify challenges and opportunities for greater inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer structured questionnaires to targeted institutions and individuals
• Conduct interviews (in-person or via phone) with relevant stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all collected data
• Submit daily progress reports and completed tools on time

Qualifications/Experience

• A minimum of a Diploma in Social Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Statistics, or any related field (a Degree is an added advantage)
• At least 2 year of experience in data collection or field research, preferably in governance, gender or procurement-related studies
• Experience using digital data collection tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in the mentioned district/cities

Number of Positions:

• 3 Positions in Mzuzu
• 5 Positions in Lilongwe
• 2 Positions in Blantyre
• 2 Positions in Zomba
