Poultry Farm
A reputable and rapid growing poultry farm located in Nsaru, Lilongwe is looking for an experienced candidate to fill the position of EGG HOUSE SUPERVISOR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that eggs are handled carefully to prevent damage and contamination.
- Supervise the production processes including grading, and packaging of eggs.
- Ensure that all equipment used in egg handling and processing is maintained and functioning properly.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure eggs meet safety and quality standards.
- Train new employees on best practices for egg handling and processing.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback. Address any performance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and any incidents or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels of eggs and packaging materials, and order supplies as needed.
- Oversee the disposal of waste and manage any by-products in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Handle any customer inquiries and complaints
QUALIFICATION
Diploma in animal health
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
3 Years or more
